the darkerside to rants

I have a new addiction: Doctor Who. I can’t really help it. I saw the 7th Doctor in the early ’90s and it was sort of “fun” and “cheesy” but I never gave it much thought, much less did I realize some of the genius in it.

So then in 2005 they came out with a new Doctor Who series, I watched, I liked. And it was a lot more serious and dark than I remembered. And in 2006 with the 10th Doctor it continued and I was enticed.

Then I found out about the Audio Plays that are being produced with the “old” Doctors and for the past three months I listened my way through it. And I am having fun. Doctor Who is actually fun, and quite smart at times.

I am addicted.
