This running thing

Continuing my experiment I realize I really really are low on T. Run was crappy, mental mainly, I blame the whole hormonal thing, still, it felt good to do the ~12K.

Need to do this now daily, around the seawall for a lap for this week, then add some hills by the end of the week….

Plan is (more or less) to run around downtown by the end of June, I guess that’ll be ~25K? Anybody here know?
