I am not a fan of High-Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS) and I think I am usually pretty good in avoiding it. But this morning I really binged on it, and I don’t like how I feel.

I bought some Japanese candies and only realized this morning that they were made with HFCS and in a normal binge way I ate the whole package.

Good news? No more HCFS containing “food” in my place.
Bad news? I feel like crap.
